Shipping Policy
We take care of all the hassles when it comes to international imports and domestic transportation to get you the most comfortable and stylish compression in record time.
- We place orders with our supplier within 48 hours of receiving payment.
- While our supplier ships Monday through Thursday, from the United States, we typically receive orders within 7 days and ship them to you within 24 hours.
You will receive an email with a courier tracking number once your order is processed at our headquarters.
We ship our packages with The Courier Guy using standard overnight delivery. You should receive your order no later than 72 hours after it has been received by our office.
We cover the cost of shipping your item to you, however any returns or exchanges will incur domestic shipping charges for both the return of the item as well as the courier of new items to the client.
We utilize FedEx for all international imports and exports.
DUTY, TAXES, AND IMPORT CHARGES
While we can not expedite the international portion of your order, we do have expedited options available for domestic courier services. If you feel you need an expedited domestic delivery option, please feel free to contact our offices. Customers are responsible to cover the difference in cost between standard and expedited courier services.
