If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return it within 30 days for a full refund*.

*Return shipping charges to our South African offices are to be covered by the client.

Return Policy
  • Returns are accepted on purchases within 30 days of receipt as long as they have not been used. Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return.
  • Returns are refunded to the original payment method once they are received and processed.
  • Customers are responsible for arranging shipment via a credible courier company. No items shipped via the the South African Postal Services will be received.  Due to import/export regulations, we are unable to provide return labels for international customers.
How to Return a Garment?
  • To initiate a return please call us at +27 21 012 5200

  • Once your return is approved we will send you a return form you can download and print to include with your item. If you would like, we are happy to arrange a courier collection for you, however you will be responsible for any associated costs, which we can debit from your refund total or can be paid separately.

  • We will notify you when we receive your return and then once again when we process your refund. After the refund is processed it may take 7-10 business days to reflect on your credit card statement.

Please send items back that have not been authorized, we will not be able to identify your return correctly and it will cause confusion and delay in getting your refund.

Manufacturing Defects
If an item you received has a manufacturing defect, we are very sorry. We will make it right!
  • Please report all defects within 60 days of purchase.
  • Follow the return instructions above to initiate a return.
  • Final sale items that are defective are eligible for return.
How to cancel an order

Because we have to import your items, we require orders to be cancelled within 24 hours of payment being received. Please call us as soon as possible (during business hours) to cancel or amend your order.
